First, complete the AP Engineering Home Vision Form.
The office will review your request and confirm if it fits the Dream Home Vision Package.
If approved, the office will send payment instructions.
Work begins after payment is confirmed.

Package Limit
The Dream Home Vision Package is a first-step concept service.
It does not include final architectural plans, engineering plans, permit drawings, construction documents, unlimited revisions, redesign work, full planning meetings, or manual redrawing of personal sketches.
If your project needs more detailed work, AP Engineering will explain the next available service before continuing.
Personal Sketches
This package is based mainly on the Home Vision Form.
If you already have a personal sketch or rough floor plan, please let the office know. A separate custom sketch review service is being planned for the future and will have a separate price.
Free Optional 15-Minute Consultation
This package includes one free optional 15-minute consultation with the AP Engineering architectural team.
Before the meeting, you may submit your questions to the office so the team can review them ahead of time.
This consultation is included in the package price, but it is not a revision session, redesign session, or full planning meeting.
